I'm an ecommerce operator, not a theorist. I founded and scaled Grooni Wellness, a Shopify brand with $7M+ in sales, a $450 AOV and 3.0x blended ROAS on $1M/year in ad spend. I've also built stores from scratch and taken brands into the US market.

Do you just audit, or do you make the changes?
I make the changes. Every package includes fixes implemented directly in your theme, not just a report.
What access do you need?
A Shopify collaborator account (no password sharing) and read access to GA4 if you have it. I duplicate your theme and work on the copy, so your live store is never at risk until you approve.
Will this increase my conversion rate?
That's the goal, and every fix is chosen for impact. Results depend on your traffic, product and offer, so I don't promise a specific number. I'll show you what changed and how to measure it.
Can you redesign my checkout?
Shopify only allows full checkout customization on Shopify Plus. On other plans I optimize checkout settings, trust elements, payment options and the cart leading into it.
Which package should I choose?
Basic if you want a quick win on a small store. Standard if traffic is steady but sales are flat. Premium if a key page needs rebuilding. Message me your store URL before ordering if you're unsure.
