I implemented a structured application workflow using Zoho CRM, automating stage progression and student communication through scheduled email sequences. I also optimized email deliverability to ensure important updates reliably reached students. Result: The team now tracks every student application in one system, reduces manual follow-ups, and saves several hours of administrative work each week while ensuring no applicant is left out.
