I will verify your china supplier for uae vat input tax compliance
About this Gig
Cannot verify your Chinese supplier? From 1 Oct 2026, UAE VAT-registered businesses must verify suppliers before deducting input VAT (FTA Decision No. 13 of 2026, Art. 54(bis)). Without it, your input VAT can be denied.
You get an English PDF report: supplier identity and legal existence; place of business checked against satellite and street imagery; the authorised representative; and risk indicators. Every data point carries its source, the date checked and a link you can open, plus a three-way name check (licence, invoice, payment account), a Go/Caution/Avoid conclusion and a record template for your tax file.
I read the Chinese registers directly, no translation in the middle, and I record only what I can find. I do not touch your money, find factories or recommend suppliers.
Before ordering: I am not a licensed verification body and issue no certificate; the duty to verify is yours. I cannot say whether your input VAT is recoverable. One order covers one supplier. Not legal advice.
Order, then send the supplier details in the requirements box. One round of factual corrections included.

FAQ
Will this report get me through an FTA audit?
I cannot promise that, and I will not. The report gives your own verification duty a record you can produce, with sources attached. Whether it is enough is for the FTA and your tax adviser to decide. Anyone telling you that buying a report makes you compliant is selling you something.
Are you approved or licensed by the FTA?
No, and I will not pretend otherwise. In the decision itself, and in published analysis by Baker McKenzie and EY, I found no register of FTA-approved verification providers. The duty sits with the taxable person. What you need is evidence that you carried out the verification, not a badge.
Does my supplier need to cooperate?
No. Everything comes from public sources. If the supplier chooses to send you a photo of its business licence, the verification gets stronger.
What if the supplier cannot be found at all?
This is often the most valuable finding of all. When a supplier cannot be located, it usually means the entity is not a company, is not properly registered, or its name is being used by someone else. The report shows what was checked and what each source returned, a reason to stop before paying.
Where does the data come from?
China's corporate credit information system, plus litigation, enforcement and certification records, mapping and satellite imagery, and the supplier's own website. Every data point carries its source and the date checked. Where a source cannot be retrieved, the report says so.
How long does it take? Can you rush it?
Two days from the point your supplier details are complete. 1-day delivery is available as an add-on; it is not offered on the entry package.
My supplier is not in China. Can you still do it?
No. I verify Chinese suppliers only. That limit is what keeps the work solid.
Will this expose my commercial information?
No. The material is used for this verification only. I do not publish your company name, your supplier's name or your pricing anywhere, and the report goes only to you.
Do I have to do this again next year?
Yes. The decision requires a supplier to be re-verified at least once every 12 months. The Annual Package includes one free re-check of that same supplier.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. Message me on Fiverr and I will send a redacted sample of a China supplier verification report.
