It's month-end and the sheet won't add up. Duplicate rows, dates in three formats, a formula that broke two tabs ago. The numbers aren't the problem. The sheet is.

I remove duplicates and fix mixed formats (dates, names, phones, currency). I repair or write formulas like XLOOKUP and SUMIFS, and add filters, pivot tables or a simple chart. Rent rolls, owner statements and farm records welcome. A task you repeat every week can run itself with an Excel macro or Google Apps Script.

Before you see it, I check the row counts and totals against your original. The columns you tell me to leave alone stay exactly as they are.
