He did NOT put in the details in the pics although I gave him INCREDIBLE AMOUNTS OF DIRECTION. He also tried to barter the cost BEFORE the JOB, and WHEN I DID NOT LIKE HIS EFFORTS on the 3 pics he was supposed to "retouch". He is very RUDE with women and can only contribute that to his culture!
