I was not the easiest of clients - there was miscommunication to start with (my fault). Chintan A went above and beyond in making sure that he then understood what I wanted and then created that. He also answered all my questions and showed me how to do the tweaking I need to do later. He also fixed what I stuffed up as I was clicking around the site.
