I am an experienced Smartsheet user, having used it actively 5 days a week for over a decade. I can help you to build and effortlessly maintain complex Smartsheet set ups including plans, logs, reports and dashboards. I can also set up automation workflows and notifications as needed.
I have spent a lot of my working life working on process improvement and simplification on Smartsheet.

What is the end to end process?
We have an initial meeting to discuss the requirements. I will then take it away and build the required set up to meet your needs. I will then deliver the set up within the agreed timeframe, with regular rounds of feedback and testing along the way.
Do I need to provide access to my own smartsheet workspace?
Yes - you will need to set me up as an Admin on your paid workspace. Once the work is complete, you can remove me as a user.
Do you only work with Smartsheet?
Yes -mMy expertise is with Smartsheet.
What information do you need up front in order to get started?
I will need to know: - What your objective is - Who your target Audience is - How much automation (if any) is needed - What is the type of project (Waterfall/Agile etc) - Where is your current process falling down - What tools do you currently use Please also provide screenshots of existing set up.
