What do I need to provide?
A description of the process, any existing notes or steps you follow, and who the SOP is for. A voice note or rough bullet list works fine.
Can you write SOPs for a process I haven't fully defined yet?
Yes. Part of what I do is help structure and clarify the process, not just document it. You don't need to have it all figured out.
What format will the SOPs be delivered in?
Google Doc and PDF by default. I can also deliver as a Notion template (add-on) or any other format you prefer.
Do you work with any industry or business type?
Yes. I've written SOPs for fitness studios, e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, nonprofits, and more. If you have a process, I can document it.
Can all 7 SOPs focus on one department?
Absolutely. Many clients use the Premium package to document an entire department, like all customer success processes or full onboarding from hire to day 30.
How long does it take to write one SOP?

Can you revise or update SOPs I already have?
