Chris is very transparent with his rates and scope of work. He is knowledgeable in both localization QA and game QA, and provides detailed, contextualized, and insightful reports even when availing his short packages. His reports have contributed well in our game's localization, and are easy to understand and navigate through as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
