What access do you need?
WordPress admin login and hosting panel or FTP/SFTP access. If the admin area is locked, hosting access is enough. Please change your passwords after I finish.
Can you guarantee the site will not be hacked again?
No honest developer can promise 100 percent. I remove the infection, fix the entry point I find and harden the site, which greatly reduces the risk. Keeping WordPress, themes and plugins updated is essential.
Will I lose my content or data?
No. I take a full backup of files and database before touching anything. Only malicious code and infected files are removed or replaced with clean copies.
