The goal was to provide a brand new website for a hospitality client, powered by a multi-tenant booking and reservations platform for tour and hostel operators, handling live availability, payments and back-office reporting. Alongside feature delivery I focused heavily on database performance — diagnosing and eliminating Azure SQL bottlenecks through covering-index design, query-plan analysis and hand-tuned stored procedures, substantially cutting DTU load under real production traffic I had built multiple websites for hospitality clients in Vietnam, all requiring similar features.

JSM (Pub Invest Group Ltd) runs a group of bars and venues across the UK. I've been their contract .NET developer since 2016, building and maintaining the software that runs their operations with one other developer. The suite covers stock management, cash-ups, bookings, admin, financial insights and a shared API. I'm currently leading its modernisation from .NET 6 MVC to .NET 10 Blazor.
