About this gig
A critical PHP flaw called PHP2Shell (CVE-2026-109618 / CVE-2026-109619) lets attackers take over a website with one web request, no login needed. It affects every PHP version since 5, and attacks started before the patches came out. Updating WordPress or plugins does NOT fix it. The server's PHP has to be patched.
I'm a senior PHP engineer with 20+ years of experience and a 5-star record here on Fiverr. I'll make your site safe and tell you plainly what I found.

FAQ
How do I know if my site is affected?
In WordPress go to Tools > Site Health > Info > Server and send me a screenshot of the PHP version line. Can't find it? Send me your site URL and hosting company and I'll check.
My host says they patched PHP. Do I still need this?
Maybe not the upgrade. But attacks started before the patches shipped, so a patched site can still hide a backdoor. The Basic package confirms the patch and scans for one.
What access do you need?
Usually your hosting control panel (cPanel or similar) and a WordPress admin login. I take a full backup before I change anything. Change your passwords when I'm done.
Will upgrading PHP break my site?
Old themes and plugins sometimes break on newer PHP. The Standard package covers that: I upgrade, test, and fix or replace what breaks. Your backup is kept, so nothing is lost.
