About this Gig
Vetted Pro
You drafted your nonfiction book with AI. Now it reads like AI wrote it. Flat phrasing, generic transitions, repetitive structure, and a voice that sounds like everyone else's. Readers can tell. Publishers can tell. You can probably tell.
I take AI-generated manuscripts and make them sound as though you wrote every word. I strip the telltale patterns, restructure sections that feel machine-organized, and bring your real voice and expertise to the surface. The result is a manuscript that reads as if a human being with actual knowledge sat down and wrote it, because by the time I am done, that is effectively what happened.
I am a professional editor with 15 years of experience and over 400 completed orders. I work in business, self-help, memoir, wellness, leadership, and other nonfiction categories. My clients include authors who drafted entirely with AI, authors who used AI for portions, and authors who wrote every word themselves but want a thorough edit. All are welcome.
You get your manuscript back with line edits in Track Changes, margin comments, and a summary of the major changes and why I made them.
Message me before ordering to discuss your manuscript and timeline.

FAQ
What counts as an AI-drafted manuscript?
Anything where AI did some or all of the writing. Fully AI-generated drafts, partially AI-assisted chapters, or manuscripts where you used AI for outlining or first passes and then wrote over it. If any part of the text came from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, SudoWrite, or similar tools, this gig is desi
Do you also edit books that were not written with AI?
Yes. The line editing and structural work I do is the same regardless of how the manuscript was drafted. If you wrote every word yourself, you are still welcome here. The AI humanization layer is an additional service, not a replacement for standard editing.
What do I get back?
Your manuscript with line edits in Track Changes, margin comments throughout, and a summary document covering the major changes and reasoning. For Premium orders, you also receive structural and organizational feedback.
Can you tell which parts of my manuscript are AI-generated?
Usually, yes. AI-generated text has recognizable patterns in phrasing, structure, and word choice. Part of what I do is identify and correct those patterns so the finished manuscript does not trigger AI detection tools or read as machine-written to your audience.
Will my book pass AI detection after your edit?
I cannot guarantee specific scores on any AI detection tool, as those tools are inconsistent and change frequently. What I can guarantee is that the manuscript will read like a human wrote it. That is a more useful standard than any detection score.
