What are your working hours and when can I expect a response?
The best times I am available are from 9 AM to 9 PM (CST), Monday through Saturday. Even at off-hours, you may also message me on Fiverr at anytime. I will reply ASAP. I will notify you if I have a change in schedule, if an unexpected emergency or event occurs.
How are you able to edit or create my website?
Once the order has been placed, please share an invite link to invite me as a collaborator on Wix to edit or create your website.
Is the domain and hosting included in the price?
No. To ensure you have full legal ownership of your website, you must purchase your own domain and hosting plan. I am happy to recommend the best provider for your needs (WordPress, Wix, HubSpot, etc.) and will handle the entire technical setup for you once you have your account ready!
Can you build my website using a free version of Wix, WordPress, or HubSpot?
Yes, I can! However, free versions come with limitations: 1. Your site might display the platform’s logo (e.g., Designed by Wix). 2. You cannot use a custom .com address; it will be a subdomain (e.g., yourname.wordpress.com). You may upgrade your plan on your own after.
