I will write a music track for your game

About this gig
My name's Chris, and I'm an indie music artist with an interest in helping out small game developers by writing music for their - or, your! - games.
Why should you hire me to compose for your game?
- I have experience writing video-game music, a good grasp on what makes a video game soundtrack work, and know how to write catchy melodies/harmonies with good instrumentation.
- My working prices are fairly cheap - this is because I don't write music as a full-time job and am simply looking to help people get their indie games off the ground without having to spend too much.
- You don't need to credit me if you don't want to. Although I would prefer to be recognized for my music, it's much more important to me that I'm able to help indie developers get their games off the ground.
What kind of music do I write?
Excellent question! I write synth-based music that varies from up-tempo to more ambient. You can find a decently-sized list of my published instrumental music by searching CMWesland on YouTube. I recommend picking a track from digital audio work - it's a bit older, but it's a good display of the kind of variety I write.

FAQ
Can you write <genre>?
Short answer: I don't know. If you have a specific type of sound in mind, and my music doesn't sound like that, then probably not. If you're not sure, give it a shot! The worst that happens is it doesn't work out.
What if I WANT to credit you for the music?
That's very generous! You can just throw a quick "Music by CMWesland" anywhere in the game (title screen, credits, hidden room that can only be unlocked by finding the secret out-of-bounds key, etc.).
