Can your 3D printable files be used directly for plaster mold making?
Yes. I design a master pattern with the right draft, wall thickness and parting lines. You print it, pour plaster around it, and cast.
Do you account for clay shrinkage?
Yes. Slip shrinks as it dries (roughly 10-16% depending on the clay body), so I scale the model to your clay’s shrink rate. Please tell me which clay you use.
I only have a sketch. Is that enough?
Yes. Send a sketch, photo or dimensions and I’ll build the model from them.
