Packages cover one CSV or simple Excel worksheet, up to 20 columns. Choose 100, 500 or 1500 input rows. Formula repairs, macros, dashboards, web research and multiple sheets need a separate quote.

What files can I send?
CSV or a simple XLSX workbook with one worksheet. Please send a non-sensitive sample first if you have formulas, merged cells or unusual formatting. I will confirm whether it fits the package.
How will you decide which rows are duplicates?
You specify whether duplicates mean identical rows or matching values in named columns. Conflicting records are flagged unless you give a clear rule for keeping one.
Will you fill in missing information?
I flag missing values in Standard and Premium. I do not invent missing information or research it online under these packages.
How do you handle dates?
State the source format, such as DD/MM/YYYY, and your preferred output format. Ambiguous dates are flagged when the source format is unknown.
Will my original file be changed?
I work from a copy and return a separate cleaned file. Please keep your own original backup.
What does a revision cover?
A revision covers adjustments within the agreed instructions and original file. A new dataset, additional rows or a different task needs a separate agreement.
Do you use AI or automation?
I may use scripts and AI-assisted tools and check the output against agreed rules. Tell me before ordering if you need a particular method. Do not send sensitive or confidential information.
Can you repair formulas or build a dashboard?
Those services are outside these packages. Message with a non-sensitive sample and your requirements so feasibility and price can be checked before an order is accepted.
