What types of files do you accept?
I work with CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls), JSON, and TXT files. If your data is in a different format or hosted on a SQL database, please message me first to discuss the best way to access it.
Can you clean or format messy data?
Absolutely! I can clean, reformat, and organize your data to make it consistent, readable, and ready to use.
Can you handle large files that Excel cannot open?
Absolutely! That is the main advantage of using Python and Pandas. I can process datasets with millions of rows that would normally crash or freeze Microsoft Excel.
Will you provide the Python script (source code)?
The source code (.py or .ipynb) is included in the Premium Package. If you purchase the Basic or Standard packages, I will deliver only the cleaned data file. Having the script allows you to automate the same process in the future.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes, 100%. Your data is used exclusively to complete your order. Once the order is closed and you are satisfied with the result, I permanently delete all your files from my system.
Do I need to have Python installed to use the results?
No. I will deliver the final result in a standard format (like a clean Excel or CSV) that you can use immediately. You only need Python if you want to run the script yourself from the Premium Package.
