I build custom AI automations to connect your tools and organize incoming information.
These packages focus on text-based intake workflows: capture requests, classify them, extract agreed fields and sync the results to your tracking tool. Standard and Premium also prepare reply drafts for your team.
We agree on apps, fields, languages, input limits, volume and delivery tests before ordering. You receive the custom code or workflow export, setup guide and documented tests. One compatible existing deployment environment is included.
AI outputs need checking. Customer replies remain drafts for your team to approve; unsupervised sending is not included. Revisions cover the approved workflow, not new apps or features.
Hosting, model/API usage and third-party subscriptions are client costs. Ongoing maintenance, bulk outreach, attachments/OCR and custom dashboards are excluded.

What do you need to start?
A short process description, app names and plans, anonymized examples, expected volume, languages and acceptance criteria. We confirm authorized access before implementation. Do not send passwords or API keys in your initial brief.
Which apps can you connect?
Apps with suitable, authorized integration access. Share the exact app names and plans before ordering. Compatibility must be confirmed first; the packages do not cover every app or custom connector.
What is the difference between the packages?
Basic captures and organizes inquiries. Standard adds branching and reply drafts. Premium covers up to two linked workflows with run history. App, field and test limits are agreed before ordering.
Will replies be sent automatically?
No. Standard and Premium prepare reply drafts for a person to check and approve. Unsupervised customer messaging is excluded. Basic does not include reply drafting.
Are subscriptions and hosting included?
No. You pay for model/API usage, hosting and app subscriptions. We identify the required services and limits before ordering. One existing, agreed deployment environment is included.
Do I receive the source files?
Yes: the custom code or workflow export agreed for your order, a setup guide and test results. Third-party components retain their licenses. A custom dashboard is not included.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated set of adjustments within the approved scope. New apps, workflows or features need a separate quote. Reproducible defects against agreed acceptance criteria are handled separately from feature changes.
Can AI make mistakes?
Yes. Missing information is flagged and outputs need review. Acceptance uses an agreed test set; perfect answers, sales results and uninterrupted third-party services are not guaranteed.
Is maintenance included?
Ongoing maintenance is excluded. Handover includes 7 days to report reproducible defects in the delivered scope for correction. No on-call service or response-time guarantee is included.
Can you handle private or sensitive data?
Use anonymized samples for scoping. We agree which data may be processed, where it is stored, who can access it and the intended retention period. Specialized regulated-data workflows require a separate assessment and are outside these packages.
