FAQ
Which file types do you accept?
I accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, and PSD. For the best results, provide vector files (AI/EPS/SVG). If you only have a raster image (PNG/JPG), I can recreate and vectorize it for an extra fee.
Can you vectorize a low-resolution or hand-drawn logo?
Yes I can trace or recreate logos from low-res images or scans and deliver a clean vector version. Complex hand-drawn work may require additional time or cost; I’ll confirm after reviewing the file.
How fast is delivery?
Typical delivery is 24–48 hours for quick fixes. Complex tasks or vector recreations may take longer I'll confirm an accurate ETA after reviewing your files.
