I will design, implement, support voip setup for cisco, genesys, AWS

I have extensive industry experience with Cisco networking and VoIP solutions across multiple platforms and versions. I can take bigger projects to implement and support such environments as I have necessary resources available to provide support most of the day time throughout the week.

I can also provide support on VMWare and SQL part of the implementations and support.

I have good hands-on experience with AWS Connect and Genesys CX also and can also bring in extra resources as needed.

Projected time line and pricing will depend on the project size and number of hours required for the project, which will be given beforehand based on the requirement discovery.
