Which file formats will I receive?
An editable AutoCAD DWG plus a print-ready PDF. I can also send DXF or an older DWG version on request.
What do you need from me to start?
A hand sketch, PDF, photo or written dimensions, plus what the drawing is for (marketing, renovation, permit or construction). Site photos help a lot for redraws.
How many revisions are included?
Basic includes 2, Standard 3 and Premium 4. Extra revisions can be added. Changes to the original brief are quoted as a custom offer.
Can you convert a PDF or scanned drawing to AutoCAD?
Yes. I redraw it to scale in AutoCAD with proper layers, so you get a fully editable DWG, not a traced image.
Are the drawings ready for permit submission?
I prepare drawings to the requirements and checklist you share. Most authorities also need a stamp from a locally licensed professional, which is not included.
Do you use AI to create the drawings?
No. Every drawing is drafted by me in AutoCAD and checked before delivery.
Which units and standards do you use?
Imperial (ft-in) or metric, whichever you need, following the dimensions and standards you provide.
Do you offer discounts for regular work?
Yes. For ongoing projects I can send a custom offer with volume pricing. Message me with your expected monthly volume.
