Hiring for an important role and unsure where to start?

This $750 diagnostic covers one company, one priority role and one recruiting decision. I'll review up to five supplied items (20 pages combined), meet with up to two people for 45 minutes, and deliver a 3-4 page brief.
You receive an initial role scorecard, up to three priorities with owners and next actions, and a 30-day action outline. You can use the output without buying a larger engagement.
Delivery is seven calendar days on Fiverr. Please message me before ordering so we can agree on the decision, complete inputs and a session slot within the order deadline. One revision for factual correction or clarification is included, requested within seven days of delivery.
Candidate sourcing, outreach, full operations audits, ATS setup and implementation are separate. This diagnostic does not guarantee a hire.

Is this the full recruiting operations audit?
No. It covers one company, one priority role and one decision using the materials you supply. A broader process audit, ATS setup and implementation require a separate scope.
Can you help with implementation afterwards?
Yes, when the work fits my services and availability. We would agree on any advisory or implementation scope separately. You can use the diagnostic without buying a larger engagement.
What if I need help with several roles?
