Does Basic include malware removal?
No. Basic provides diagnosis, a findings report and a cleanup plan. Choose Standard or Premium for cleanup work.
What access will you need?
Send your URL, symptoms and ownership confirmation first. We will agree the minimum temporary access through Fiverr after reviewing the scope. Do not enter passwords in the requirements form; revoke temporary access after delivery.
What types of spam do you clean?
Injected website spam links or pages and unwanted redirects related to the identified infection. Email spam, email deliverability and ongoing network attacks are outside this gig.
Can you guarantee permanent protection?
No. Cleanup and agreed security improvements reduce known risks, but future compromise can still happen. Keep software updated and follow the prevention recommendations. New infections are separate work.
Will you remove Google warnings or restore rankings?
I can document the cleanup and suggest next steps. Search engines and external blocklists control reviews, timing and rankings. Blacklist removal and ranking recovery are not guaranteed or included.
Are hosting and paid tools included?
No. Hosting, paid plugins and licenses must be supplied or approved by you separately. I will confirm any requirements before starting.
