Do I need to already own a Microsoft 365 license before contacting you?
No. If you don't have a license yet, I can guide you on which plan to purchase based on your team size and needs.
Will I need to give you admin access to my account?
Yes, temporary Global Admin access is required to perform the setup. I recommend creating a dedicated admin account for this, which we can disable afterward.
Can you migrate my existing emails from Gmail or another host?
Yes, email migration is available as an addon. Please share your current email provider and approximate mailbox count before ordering.
Do you set up custom domain email?
Yes, custom domain configuration including DNS records MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC is included in Standard and Premium packages.
How many users or mailboxes are included in each package?
Basic covers up to 5 users, Standard up to 15, and Premium is unlimited. Let me know your team size so I can recommend the right fit.
Is security like MFA and conditional access included?
Basic security setup is included in Standard, with advanced hardening and data loss prevention included in Premium.
What do you need from me to get started?
