Design a mobile survey to assess current household food stocks in at-risk villages. 3. Track the efficiency of cash transfer distributions via mobile money. 4. Measure the impact of the program by comparing nutritional outcomes in intervention vs. control villages. 5. Create a donor dashboard showing how many families were reached and the cost per family. 6. Produce an advocacy brief with maps and trends to highlight the growing hunger crisis to policymakers.
