PREMIUM - $50: Up to 300 contacts total across 3 files. Includes possible-match flagging and a removal log. 4-day delivery, 2 revisions.
You will receive cleaned Excel or CSV files. Uncertain matches will be kept for review, not automatically deleted.

FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
I accept Excel (.xlsx) and CSV (.csv) files. If your contacts are in Google Sheets, please export them as Excel or CSV before ordering.
How do you count contacts?
Each contact record counts as one item. Header rows are excluded. Package limits apply to the total number of records across all submitted files, including duplicates.
How do you identify duplicate contacts?
I use matching rules confirmed by you, such as identical email addresses after trimming spaces and ignoring capitalization. Similar names alone are not enough to merge contacts.
What happens to possible duplicate contacts?
Uncertain matches are kept, not automatically deleted. Standard and Premium include possible-match flags for your review. I only remove duplicates based on agreed rules.
What will I receive after the cleanup?
All packages include cleaned Excel or CSV file(s). Standard also includes possible-match flags. Premium additionally includes a removal log showing which records were removed and why.
Do you verify emails or add missing contact details?
No. I clean and deduplicate existing data. I do not verify whether emails are active, find missing personal information, or generate new leads. Missing values are left blank or flagged.
