Can i request a specific animal?
Yes! I can create almost any animal. Also I have some standard patterns that I use, Anyway I will show you a small preview or draw to confirm your design, or you can even send me yours!
What materials do you use?
I use soft polyester yarn but if you have any preferences you can contact me!
How long does it take to make a plush toy?
It depends on the suze and complexity. On average: - 1-2 days for small - 5-7 days for medium - 10-14 days for big Anyway, remember that for the shipping it doesn't depend on me how long it will take to reach you
Can i customize the colors?
Absolutely! You can choose the main colors and I'll do my best to match your vision
Are these toys safe for babies or small children?
They are soft and handmade, but please let me know if they're for small children so I'll avoid small detachable parts.
How does shipping work?
The shipping is up to the client due to the cost and where the customer lives. I prefer to ship in EU so there are less problems for all but, as a client, you have to create and pay the shipping.
Can I ask you to change something after you created the plushie?
Yes, you can but you have to pay the "additional review" as every small change for you has a cost for me (time, new yarn to buy, having some parts or a total plushie not avaiable...)
