I will engineer, prototype, and automate your custom problems
About this Gig
Bringing meaningful hardware to life.
Every great device starts with a vision, a story of a problem to solve or an experience to create. Hardware engineering isn't just about routing copper, its about real-world impact.
As a Lead Electrical Engineer, my passion is taking ambitious concepts and translating them into elegant physical prototypes. Whether developing UAV swarms, low-power consumer electronics, or the nervous system for custom robotics, I bridge the gap between imagination and electrical reality.
I don't just build to spec, I dive into the why behind your design to ensure the final system is robust, production-ready, and true to your vision.
Core Services:
- Custom PCB Design: From simple boards to complex, multi-layer systems.
- Electromechanical Engineering: Integrating actuators, motor controllers & sensor networks (I2C, SPI, CAN).
- Robotics & UAV Hardware: Custom flight controllers & autonomous navigation systems.
- System Automation: Upgrading legacy systems & designing custom workflows.
Your Deliverables:
- Native source files (KiCad)
- Manufacturing-ready Gerbers & NC Drill files
- Complete BOM for seamless assembly
- 3D STEP models for mechanical fit
FAQ
Do you physically manufacture, solder, and ship the boards to me?
I focus on the digital engineering. I deliver the industry-standard files (Gerbers, BOM) you need for manufacturing. I am happy to guide you on uploading these to a fab house (like JLCPCB or PCBWay) so they can build and ship the boards directly to you!
Can you design the PCB to fit my existing enclosure or chassis?
Yes! Provide your size limits or a STEP file of your enclosure, and I will design the board to fit. I include a 3D STEP file of the finished PCB in every package so you can verify the mechanical fit in your own CAD software before ordering.
Will you sign an NDA for my startup idea?
Absolutely. I regularly work with hardware startups and inventors, so I fully understand the need for strict confidentiality. Just send your Non-Disclosure Agreement over before we discuss the specifics of your vision, and I will gladly sign it.
How do you handle out-of-stock components?
I design for real-world manufacturing. Before finalizing the schematic, I verify that core components are actively in stock at major distributors (Digi-Key, Mouser, LCSC). If a part is low stock, I will recommend alternatives or design the footprint to accept equivalent parts.
