How do I know what type of complexity my bug is?

My website is really slow. Do you fix this kind of issue?
There are a lot of factors that can cause a slow performing website. We would need to run a performance test on your website and generate a list of recommended fixes. We can do this for free and based on that list, go over which ones need to be prioritized.
I do not have access to the source code of my website. How will you fix the bug?
We definitely need access to your website's source code to be able to fix the bug. Please contact your webmaster to get the username/password of your hosting provider or source code repository.
What if my website has multiple bugs? Will you knock them all out in one gig?
It depends. If those multiple bugs are related to each other, then a single bug fix could possibly knock them all out at once. If the bugs are unrelated then we would have to do increase complexity for the bug fix. Please contact me first to discuss your website bugs.
