Your product IDs and SKUs stay intact, including leading zeros. Repeated IDs are not automatically deleted, and uncertain prices or dates are not guessed.

How do you clean my file
I first review your sample and agree which changes are allowed. I then apply those rules, check the output against the original and provide the cleaned CSV with a change summary and a list of unresolved issues.
Will you fill in missing prices or fix conflicting product details
I flag these for your decision. I do not invent product details or decide which conflicting price is correct. Applying values you supply can be discussed before ordering.
How do you handle duplicates
I remove only fully matching rows under the rules we agree. Similar names or repeated product IDs alone are not enough. Conflicting product records remain visible for review.
Can you work on an Excel workbook
This package covers a single product CSV, not Excel formulas, macros, multi-sheet workbooks or workbook repairs. If you need another format, send a sample before ordering so I can confirm the scope. A CSV export of the relevant product table can be reviewed for this package.
Will this be ready to import into Shopify or another store
Platform import preparation and testing are not included. Tell me your intended destination before ordering so I can confirm whether the requested CSV cleanup fits this service.
Will product IDs keep their leading zeros
Yes, in the delivered CSV. When opening it in Excel, import ID and SKU columns as Text so Excel does not automatically remove leading zeros.
What does the revision cover
One correction round against the original file and agreed cleaning rules. A new file, extra fields or different requirements may need a separate quote. Errors against the agreed deliverable will be corrected.
