Apex Construction Group needed a reliable automated lead process that could capture new leads, keep data clean, assign ownership, and trigger follow-ups without manual intervention. The goal was to ensure every new lead immediately entered the correct sales workflow. I configured Zoho CRM assignment rules, automated workflows, Zoho Flow webhooks, and a custom function to capitalize lead names. The automation also attached documents, assigned leads to the appropriate sales representative, triggered follow-up actions, and was tested end-to-end using the lead lifecycle. The completed workflow processed new leads within seconds and removed repetitive manual steps from lead management. Sales reps received properly assigned and formatted leads with follow-up actions triggered automatically, creating a more consistent and reliable CRM process.
