Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
No. I only use the official WhatsApp Cloud API from Meta, not unofficial libraries that scrape WhatsApp Web. You'll need a Meta Business account, and I'll guide you through verification.
What are the monthly running costs?
Hosting ($5-10), AI API usage (often under $10 for small businesses) and Meta's per-conversation fees. All paid directly by you, no markup. I'll estimate it for your volume before you order.
What do you need from me?
Your FAQs, prices or menu (any format: PDF, website, Google Doc), a phone number not already used on WhatsApp, and access to your Meta Business account. I handle the rest.
Can the bot hand over to a real person?
Yes. In Standard and Premium the bot alerts you when a customer asks for a human or a question is outside its knowledge, and stops replying until you take over.
