What do you build the site with?
I build it in code (HTML, CSS and JavaScript), and every file is yours. AI helps me draft the layout and code, and I check every page myself on a phone and a desktop.
Is hosting included?
Yes, and it's free. I put the site live on your domain using your own Cloudflare account, on its free plan. You create the account and add me as a member, so I never need your password. Or follow my step-by-step and put it live yourself.
Are there any monthly costs?
No monthly hosting fee: a site like this runs on Cloudflare's free plan, in your own account. You pay only for your domain name, typically about $10 to $15 a year to the company you register it with.
Can I change my opening hours myself?
It's built in code, so there's no editor to log into. Send me the change, like new hours, a price or a photo, and I make it. If something doesn't match the brief within 14 days of delivery, I fix it free. Other changes I quote first at a fixed price.
Who owns the site?
You do. It runs on your own Cloudflare account and your own domain, and every file and login is yours at handover.
Do I need a domain name?
Yes, in your own name. If you have one, I put the site live on it. If not, you buy one from a domain registrar, typically about $10 to $15 a year, and I send you the steps to connect it. I never need your passwords.
How long will mine take?
Seven days for a landing page, ten for three pages, fourteen for five. The clock starts when you send the order details. If the date is going to move, you hear it from me first.
Do I see it before it goes live?
Yes. You get a preview link to check it against the brief before anything goes live, and that's where your round of changes happens.
Can you write the words?
Yes. Send me your notes, even rough ones, and I write the headline and page copy. If you already have copy, I use it as you send it.
What if it isn't what I asked for?
We agree a written brief before I start, and I check the site against it before you see it. One round of changes is included. If anything doesn't match the brief within 14 days of delivery, message me here and I fix it free.
