I run my own mail servers: Sender Score 82, Google Postmaster fully compliant, 0.00% spam rate. You get the same checks, using my PASS method:
- Proof of identity: SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and aligned
- Address quality: bounces and dead addresses hurting your reputation
- Sender reputation: blacklists, Google Postmaster, reverse DNS
- Sending habits: volume, timing, content and warm-up
You get a report in plain language: what was wrong, what I changed, and what to watch from now on. No jargon walls.
Works with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, Brevo, your own mail server and most others.
I never need your passwords. You either apply my exact DNS changes yourself, or give me access you can remove afterwards.

Can you guarantee the inbox?
No honest seller can. I guarantee correct authentication, a checked reputation and a clear plan. Inbox placement also depends on your list and content.
Do you need my email password?
No. Only DNS access, or you apply my changes yourself.
Can you get me off a blacklist?
I find which lists you're on, fix the cause and file the delisting requests. Each list operator decides how fast.
I'm on Mailchimp, Brevo or similar. Does this apply?
Yes. Those still need your domain authenticated correctly, and that's the most common problem I find.
Do you work with self-hosted servers?
Yes. That's my daily work: Postfix, Dovecot and Virtualmin.
What happens to my subscriber list?
You export it as a CSV and attach it to the order. I clean it on my own server in the EU, never with third-party services, and delete it after delivery. You get a clean file plus a list of removed addresses with the reason for each.
