About this Gig
Every minute your database is down, your business stops. Patching, reboots and server failures shouldn't mean downtime.
I design and build SQL Server Always On availability groups in Azure, so your applications stay online through failures, maintenance and monthly updates.
Proven in production
I built Always On for 12 business-critical databases serving 3,560+ users. They run 24/7, and monthly cumulative updates with reboots are applied without taking applications offline during critical working hours.
What you get
- Review of your current SQL setup and requirements
- High-availability design with diagrams
- Availability group with listener and automatic failover
- Backup, monitoring and alerting configured
- Zero-downtime patching runbook
- Tested failover and full documentation

FAQ
Which SQL Server edition do I need?
Full availability groups need Enterprise Edition. Standard Edition supports Basic availability groups, which are limited to one database per group. I’ll confirm the right option for you during the review.
Can this work with SQL Server on Azure VMs?
Yes. I build Always On on Azure virtual machines, and I can also advise on hybrid and multi-region setups.
