What do I need to get started?
It was never as easy as placing the order on my gig. You will be asked few basis questions like your logo company name, slogan, color etc after you place the order.
Which package should I Purchase?
The quality of work in all three packages are same but the difference is in the number of initial concepts, revisions and deliverable files. Although PREMIUM PACKAGE is what you need for a TOP NOTCH SERVICE and leave the rest on my creative shoulders :)
What is the importance of Vector/Source files?
Vector files are mainly used for printing purposes. Other important things includes scalability and editing the design at any time.
What is Social media kit?
You will be delivered your FINAL AMAZING LOGO as a PROFILE PICTURE and COVER IMAGE that will be used on FB, Twitter, IG etc
How does the refund policy work?
If the buyer is not satisfied with the work then I will surely provide full refund to the buyer.
What is a revision?
A revision is a modification of the submitted design and refers to the font, color, the arrangement of elements etc. The revision does not mean a brand new design.
I need a full branding package. Can you do that?
Yes of course. Please contact me for further details.
How long will it take to complete a project?
The delivery time is 5 days for initial delivery. ( you can also select "extra fast" option for 24-48 hours initial delivery ). - Additionally 1-2 days per revision depending on the time the revision request was sent to me.
