Do I need Cloudflare or separate backend hosting?
No separate Cloudflare Worker is included. The agreed setup runs on your compatible WordPress host and calls OpenAI directly. Hosting must allow the required plugin and outbound API requests; compatibility is reviewed before ordering.
Are there monthly costs?
No ongoing EDML monthly service fee. You pay your own hosting, OpenAI API usage and any third-party charges. AI replies stop if the provider account loses access or credit.
What does lead capture include?
A separate visitor form saves name, email and inquiry in an administrator-only WordPress inbox. No email notifications, CRM sync or automated follow-up are included. The administrator checks the inbox; contact details are not sent to AI by this form.
What will you need from me?
Your website URL, approved FAQs, logo/colors, links and privacy notice. We agree temporary site access or owner-assisted installation after compatibility review. Configure your client-owned OpenAI credential securely; do not send main passwords or API keys in messages.
Is this unlimited custom development?
No. This offer adapts EDML’s existing code for one site, with up to 20 FAQs and 2,000 approved words. New integrations or additional features require a separately agreed Fiverr custom offer.
What support and revision are included?
One consolidated in-scope revision and 14 days of correction for reproducible defects in the delivered setup. New features, replacement content and ongoing maintenance are excluded.
Do I receive source code and usage rights?
You receive installation/source files, handoff instructions and a nonexclusive license to use the delivered code on the agreed website. EDML retains its reusable core; exclusive ownership and resale rights are not included.
Can it book appointments or guarantee sales?
It can link to an existing booking or contact page. Automatic booking, payments, order access, WhatsApp, voice and multilingual support are excluded. No sales result or perfect AI accuracy is guaranteed.
