Yes, your video will be in full 1080p HD. Screen recordings are taken in 1080p.
What do you use to record my website?
I use Camtasia for all screen recordings for the best quality.
I need to demo the features on my website. Is this the correct gig?
Yes. We can demo specific features, functions, and processes from your website using live screen recordings that we take. We then compile these screen recordings into a full featured production you can be proud of.
What if I want to use this as a promotional video as well?
No problem. We also use other elements like stock footage, text, and motion graphics to tell your story along with demonstrating your website. If you need animated characters integrated, we can do that too.
If I order the Wildfire Package, will I get to see the script first?
Yes, once we create your script we'll send it to you for review. Once approved, we'll send it off to the perfect voice artist.
Do I get to choose my voice artist?
Once you place your order, you'll be prompted to choose male or female and your preferred accent along with the style you are looking for. We then choose a great match for your video from our contacts. If you need to choose the actual artist yourself, simply contact me first.
Can this video be viewed online and on social media?
Yes. Your video will be in 16:9 widescreen MP4 format for use across the web. This is the standard format for all video on the web. Keep in mind Instagram is 1:1 square.
What browser do you use to record my website?
We use the Chrome browser for all recordings. If you prefer a different browser, just let me know.
