I'm a working Construction Project Manager with 15 years across residential, commercial, and heavy civil work, and I do a quality check the way a contractor reads drawings: dimensions that don't close, notes that fight the details, schedules that don't match the plans, callouts pointing at the wrong thing, and sheets that don't coordinate with each other.
WHAT YOU GET
A redlined PDF of your set, with clouds, highlights, and notes as real markups. A checking log by sheet number, every comment numbered, so your designer can clear them one by one and you can verify the fixes. Premium adds a written summary of the issues that matter most.
WHAT I CHECK
Dimensions and totals, plan-to-detail coordination, notes vs. drawings, schedules vs. plans, title blocks and sheet references, and consistency across the set.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
This is a check, not a design service and not an engineering review. I don't stamp drawings and I don't redesign. I find the problems before the field does.
Send the set before you issue it. Cheaper to fix on paper than in the field.

FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Your drawing set as PDF (DWG is fine too), the disciplines in scope, and anything you want me to focus on, like dimensions, coordination, or a problem area you already suspect.
What exactly do I get back?
A redlined PDF of the full set plus a checking log listing every comment by sheet number, so your designer can work down the list and you can confirm each fix on the recheck.
Do you fix the drawings too?
No. I check and flag; your designer corrects, and the revision rounds in your package are my recheck of the corrected set. If you need corrections drawn, my PDF-to-CAD gig covers that production work.
Is this an engineering review?
No. This is a contractor-side coordination and constructability check by a Construction Project Manager. It is not a PE review, not a stamp, and not a code compliance certification.
How fast is delivery?
Basic 3 days, Standard 5 days, Premium 7 days, based on the sheet counts in each package. If your set is bigger than 50 sheets, message me first and I will price it straight.
Will my plans stay private?
Yes. Your files are used only for your check, never shared, never posted, and never used as samples. NDAs are fine, send yours over and I will work under it.
