Some things that could be improved on is attention to detail. Not skipping over messages but going into detail while providing in depth solutions. Clara isn’t bad but has a lot of room for improvement.

Communication and scheduling were not at the level I would expect from a paid coaching service, including a missed session without advance notice. Although we rescheduled, the session itself felt unstructured and light on actionable advice. For the price, I was expecting a more professional and results-oriented experience.
