About this gig
This is the monthly companion to my chatbot setup gig. If I installed a grounded AI chat widget on your site, this subscription keeps it running, current, and honest.
What your plan covers:
- Hosting and AI usage (roughly 500 visitor conversations a month on the Care Plan)
- Automatic re-indexing - when your site's content changes, the bot's knowledge follows without you doing anything
- Lead notifications delivered from your own domain
- Monitoring, and fixes if anything misbehaves
Care Plus adds higher conversation volume and a monthly content review: we look at what visitors actually asked, then add documents or exact question-and-answer pairs to close the gaps.
Compliance Care is for health and regulated sites: everything above, plus a monthly review of the guardrails and do-not-say list, and a short report of the questions the bot deferred to real professionals.

FAQ
Do I need this if I already bought the setup gig?
Yes. The widget on your page is small on purpose - the intelligence runs on a hosted service. This plan covers that hosting, the AI usage, and keeping the bot's knowledge in sync with your site.
What happens if I cancel?
No lock-in. The bot stops answering; your site is otherwise untouched - the widget is one script line, easy to remove. Your content and settings are kept for 60 days in case you come back.
What counts as a conversation?
One visitor chat session, however many messages it holds. The Care Plan comfortably covers about 500 a month. If you regularly run past that, Care Plus is the right plan.
Can you change what the bot says?
On Care Plus and up, yes - each month we can add documents, exact Q&A answers, and do-not-say rules based on real visitor questions.
