FAQ
n8n or Make — which should I use?
Make is easier if you never want to see code. n8n is cheaper at volume and can be self-hosted. Tell me your situation and I'll recommend one, including when the answer is neither.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. You connect your own accounts inside your own n8n or Make workspace, and I build using those connections. I never need your credentials.
What if the workflow breaks after delivery?
If it's a bug in what I built, I fix it free. If an external API changes months later, that's new work — I'll be upfront about which it is.
Can you automate something involving Chinese platforms?
Yes. I read and write Chinese natively, which makes WeChat, Feishu, Xiaohongshu and Douyin workflows much easier for me than for most sellers here.
What does "source code" mean for an n8n workflow?
The exported workflow JSON. You can re-import it into any n8n instance, edit it, or hand it to another developer. Nothing is locked to me.
