FAQ
Do I need technical knowledge to use this?
No. For the Starter tier, I pre-load your files into the backend for you. For the Business and Enterprise tiers, I provide a simple, secure admin dashboard where you can upload or delete business files with zero coding required. Your end-users only see a clean chat interface.
Which file types are supported?
PDF, DOCX, DOC and TXT files are supported. PDF works best for most accurate results.
Can I use my own API key?
Yes. I can integrate your own OpenAI or Groq API key so you have full control over costs and usage.
Will this work for large documents?
Yes. The system uses chunking and vector search so it handles 100+ page documents efficiently with accurate results.
Can the UI match my brand colors?
Yes! All packages include color theme selection. Premium includes fully custom branded UI matching your exact brand.
