Q: What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot responds to messages. An AI agent does things — it can check a calendar, look up data, send an email, update a database, or complete a multi-step task on its own, without you manually triggering each step. If you just need something that answers FAQs on your website, a chatbot is enough
Q: Do I need to know how to code or set anything up myself?
No. I handle the full build — from the AI logic to the integrations to deployment. You'll get a working system, not a DIY kit. I'll walk you through how to use and manage it after delivery.
Q: What tools/platforms can this integrate with?
Most common business tools: Google Sheets, Gmail/Outlook, Slack, Calendly, Stripe, Airtable, Supabase, and most CRMs with an API (HubSpot, Notion, etc.). If you're not sure your tool is supported, message me before ordering and I'll confirm.
Q: What if my project doesn't fit into one of the packages?
Totally normal — most real agent builds are custom. Send me a quick message with what you're trying to automate and I'll scope it out and quote accordingly before you order anything.
Q: How long does delivery actually take?
Package delivery times are accurate for standard scope. Complex integrations (multiple systems, custom data sources, high-security requirements) may need extra time — I'll always confirm this with you upfront, not after you've paid.
Q: Will the agent keep working after delivery, or does it break?
I test and document everything before handoff. AI agents depend on the APIs/tools they connect to, so if a third-party tool changes its API, the agent may need a small update — that's why I offer an optional monthly maintenance retainer for anyone who wants ongoing monitoring instead of paying
Q: Is my data safe?
Yes — I don't store or reuse your business data outside of what's required to build and test your agent, and I'm happy to sign an NDA for sensitive projects. Just mention it when you message me.
