Boarding schools: I have built a daily progress record for memorization and recitation. Dormitory, canteen, transport and other modules are built to order on the same foundation.
How it works: we adapt the modules to your rules, import your data, connect a real database and test it. The top package includes short tutorial videos for each role and a PDF user manual.

Is this a ready-made product?
It starts from a campus system with about 45 modules that I built and tested with demo data. We then adapt it to your rules, connect a real database, import your data and add what is missing.
Can you build a canteen or dormitory module?
Yes. These are not in the base system, so they are built to order on the same foundation. Tell me how they work today and I will scope them.
Which institutions is it for?
Schools, colleges, universities and boarding schools. The modules, roles and portals are chosen to match your kind of institution.
Who owns the code?
You do. On completion you get the full source code and all rights in it. The system runs in your own hosting account from the first deployment.
What do you need from me?
Your current student lists and forms (dummy data is fine), your academic and fee rules, who does what, and access to the hosting account. No account yet? I will help you open one in your name.
What are the videos and the manual?
In the top package, each role gets short screen-recorded tutorial videos, one per task, and a PDF manual that uses the same screens. Standard includes a short PDF guide.
How do you handle student data?
It lives in your own hosting account and database, not with me. Access is by role, and every change is logged. I can work with sample data until we go live.
What happens after delivery?
You can run it without me. Bugs in what I built, reported within 14 days of delivery, are fixed at no charge. New features are a new order or a custom offer.
