Can it match my own process?
Yes. I map how a batch moves today, then set up the screens, approvals and numbering to match. Before building, I send you a short written scope so there are no surprises.
Who owns the code?
You do. On completion you get the full source code and all rights in it. The system runs in your own hosting account from the first deployment, so nothing is locked to me.
What do you need from me?
A list of your products, one or two recipes or BOMs, your batch sizes, who works on the floor and in QC, and how you cost things today (even a rough sheet). Dummy figures are fine for the first look.
How is batch cost calculated?
From the materials actually weighed at what each lot cost, plus packaging, labour hours and overhead. The figure is fixed when the batch record is closed.
What are the videos and the manual?
In the top package, each role gets short screen-recorded tutorial videos, one per task, and a PDF manual that uses the same screens. Standard includes a short PDF guide.
Will my accountant accept the numbers?
Money moves through a double-entry ledger with an audit trail and CSV export. Your accountant stays the judge: I build the records and give no accounting or tax advice.
My factory is bigger than these packages. Do you work on larger systems?
Yes. Larger builds run as fixed-price milestones, usually $2,000–$5,000 in total. Start with Basic: the process map and costing model become the plan for the rest.
What happens after delivery?
You can run it without me. Bugs in what I built, reported within 14 days of delivery, are fixed at no charge. New modules are a new order or a custom offer.
