Do I need to pay for monthly software subscriptions after the project is complete?
No! That is the main benefit of a custom MERN stack system. Once I build and deploy your software on your hosting or server, you own the system completely. There are no recurring monthly software usage fees.
Can you deploy the software to my live server or cPanel hosting?
Yes, absolutely. In my Standard and Premium packages, server configuration and deployment are fully included. I can set up your Node.js backend and React frontend on cPanel, a VPS (like DigitalOcean, Linode), or cloud platforms like Render/Netlify, and link it directly to your custom domain.
Can the system handle multiple user accounts with different levels of access?
Yes. I build secure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). For example, an Admin can see financial analytics and change settings, a Manager can update inventory, and a regular Employee or Waiter can only see the order intake screen.
What happens if I find a bug or issue after the order is completed?
I offer 30 days of free post-launch support for all my custom systems. If any bug or logic error arises from my code during that period, I will jump in and fix it completely free of charge.
