Asad Ali
About this gig
Tired of manually screening hundreds of resumes and CVs for every job opening?
I build a complete AI-powered resume screening and hiring automation system using n8n, Google Gemini AI, and Airtable from application to offer letter, fully automated.
AI (Gemini) reads every resume/CV and scores it against your job requirements Automatic duplicate detection Instant, evidence-based shortlist/reject decisions no bias Self-service interview booking, zero double-booking Auto-generated offer letters (PDF) once HR marks a candidate Pass Live Kanban dashboard (Airtable) showing your entire candidate pipeline Professional rejection emails + feedback surveys that protect your brand Full applicant tracking from first application to final hire Everything runs on YOUR Google Workspace and Airtable accounts you fully own your data, I never store it after delivery. I customize the screening criteria, brand your application form, and set up your offer letter template.
Built for startups, recruitment agencies, talent acquisition teams, YouTube channels, and growing businesses tired of manual candidate screening and scattered spreadsheets.
Personally built and tested live, working, ready to customize.

FAQ
Do I need to know how to code or use n8n?
No — I handle all the technical setup. You'll just need to fill out a simple form after each interview, and everything else runs automatically.
Who owns the data — me or you?
You do. The entire system runs on YOUR Google/Airtable accounts, connected with your own credentials. I never store or access your candidate data after delivery.
Can this handle multiple job roles at once?
Yes, with the Premium package or as an add-on — each role gets its own tailored AI screening criteria.
What AI model do you use for screening?
Google Gemini, which reads each CV and produces an evidence-based match score plus a written explanation — not a black box.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes revisions. For ongoing changes or scaling to more roles, I offer a monthly maintenance add-on.
How long does interview scheduling take for candidates?
It's self-service — candidates pick their own available slot from your calendar, so there's zero back-and-forth or double-booking risk.
