I was able to book into the Pokemon cafe instead. But still really disappointed I’m unable to go to the Ghibli museum. By the point Saito told me she was unable to get a ticket, I was unable to get one anywhere else

I made 2 orders with Saito, 1 of them could be fulfilled and he tried his best for the 2nd order but it was not possible, despite this he was super helpful throughout the process and informed me along the way. I was given a partial refund since the 2nd order could not be met but still happy with the 1st order. will use Saito again in the future

Even though delivery times were a bit longer than anticipated, I am still very happy with the professionalism and service. We were able to secure 2 tickets to the Ghibli museum on our preferred date. Thank you!

Great service, he is professional and attentive even in this case, last minute calls. I can only recommend him for early and last minute booking for future Japanese travellers !
